X Games Real Street 2012 has begun its Quarterfinals stage where the original field of sixteen of the world’s top professional street skateboarders has been narrowed down to eight contenders.
Drop by the Real Street site and vote upon the 60-second videos as head-to-head match ups with Bobby Worrest vs, Aaron Hamoki, Collin Provost vs. Chad Tim Tim, Taylor Bingaman vs. Manny Santiago, and Nyjah Huston vs. Chris Haslam. Each of these quarterfinalists has a shot at $50,000 and an X Games gold medal. Voting this second round will close on June 18th.
After the videos air during the X Games 18 broadcast on ESPN2 on Sunday, July 1st, a panel of judges will pick the winning X Games medal part. In addition to this, the skater who racks up the most Fan Favorite votes wins $50,000.
